Fear Of Change Vs Career Opportunity — Is This Bump Worth A Jump?

Beep, beep, beep!!! Your morning alarm blubbers you out of your dream filled sleep and let you know that it is MONDAY. Those blissful moments of your warm bed shatters your mood as you remember about the pile load of work sitting at your desk waiting for your attention. Those 145 unanswered emails, 6 missed calls to be returned and that mind numbing project which you have least interest is pain in a$#.

Yup exactly….you hate your job…!!!!

But…an exciting lifestyle

Passive income

Only 5 days working

International travelling and much more is so hard to GIVE UP.

# You are from 9 to 5 breed hate crowd

Listen I get it, and its high time you listen your inner voice. Every moment you spend pushing the paper in your cubicle, it robs you of your precious business plan that is just waiting for your “YES”.

People like to dream about what you get when you choose to become an entrepreneur. I was no Gate — Buffet or Bezos neither was born with a silver spoon. I too had an amazing career with golden opportunities scrolling in front of me when I quit and decided to become an entrepreneur. During my entire life time, I just had known one thing — WORK HARD. This was my only mantra that helped me achieve what I wanted to.

#You dream of becoming entrepreneur | you can submit your resignation letter

People make progress because they passionately in love with their ideas. If you didn’t hate your 9 to 5, or say it doesn’t appeals you anymore you wouldn’t be motivated to build your own business and be an entrepreneur.

# Your 9 to 5 might be a necessary evil but isn’t that you are hating that evil every minute

Surely we can’t live without that handsome income that comes at the month end –but that income comes out of despair. No satisfaction, unhappiness — the idea of working 9 to 9 is more appealing irrespective it is 24 * 7 with no surety of income. Why I tell you…

· You understand your self-worth — the most important thing

· You are oozing with confidence

· You feel comfortable in your new “comfort zone”

· You are no more afraid of competition, you embrace them

· Learning is a continuous yet an interesting journey for you — you are not deliberately upgrading yourself, but you feel like doing within

· Hitting a plateau is not acceptable, you constantly digging in deep to grow in all aspects

· 24 * 7 worth ethics, because you don’t feel uninterested anymore, as a day seems too short to accomplish your perfection

#You need to set targets

Lastly, it is important to have a schedule maintain and keep a track of time. You need to set target for yourself to achieve the kind of success you wish to enjoy. We put it this way — in school when you were given 1 hour to write your paper, you probably did better in that test than on other assessments which you had entire semester to complete. Why? Because, you had a time constraint.

All in all to say — Being a start-up entrepreneur isn’t always glamorous. You will need to give up something you want to work you are passionate about. There is no on/off switch mode for entrepreneurs, the most successful breathe, eat, live their business around the clock.
